Restaurant owner called on a Friday afternoon — their main floor drain was backing up during the dinner rush. Sent a camera down and found tree roots had infiltrated a clay sewer lateral about 30 feet from the building.

Cleared the blockage with a heavy-duty rooter, then followed up with a hydro-jet to clean the full line. Recommended they schedule annual jetting to stay ahead of the roots until they're ready for a full lateral replacement.
